If you, the customer feel we have fallen short of the high standards we set, we will put right whatever is wrong, omitted or unacceptable without fuss, quickly and at no extra cost.
We will provide written guarantees for any work undertaken on your behalf, and for any container or item of spares or fabricated work. As an example, below is an excerpt from the written guarantee we provide with all of our second hand plastic waste containers. Full copies can be downloaded or printed from the two links at the bottom of the page, and will be available for every job we undertake for you, our customer.
“…the Company guarantees unconditional right of redress to any purchaser of any refurbished plastic waste container supplied by the Company, which the purchaser deems to have fallen short of this high standard. Right of redress includes:
• Return and full refund for any container(s) with which the purchaser is dissatisfied.
• Correction of faults on any container(s) at the purchasers site free of all charge.
• Collection and replacement of any container with which the purchaser is dissatisfied free of charge….”
The Company also has a planned timetable for commencement of the process of acquiring full accreditation for ISO 9001.
